The WagonMart is a FREE HOME DELIVERY service, which delivers your online ordered South Asian Groceries directly from warehouse to the doorstep.

Can I do shopping in person?

We do not have any physical location for shopping purpose. All orders are accepted through our website only.

You do not need an account to browse the products or build your shopping cart. However, an account is required to place an order on

How can I pay ?

You can pay online via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Union Pay, Interac, American Express).

Is there any Delivery charges?

It’s FREE DELIVERY for all orders for $34.99 and above. For orders less than $34.99, fuel charges apply $3.99.

Is it possible to drop my order at the security desk in case I am not available to receive?

Yes, please add comment while placing an order and we will handover your order at the security desk.

I do not find an item I wish on your website. What can I do?

We are trying our best to bring / add on more products. Do not hesitate to send your item request on info@thewagonmart.ca

Do I need to stay home to receive my order?

Yes, we expect you to receive the order. If it’s not possible, please leave us a note to drop your order at your doorstep. You can add comment while placing order online. We assume that you understand the risk for frozen and or dairy products contamination if kept at room temperature / unsupervised..

What is your return/exchange policy?

You can return/exchange any item at the time of delivery, ONLY if it is expired or incase of any damage. We recommend you to check your order at the time of delivery and inform our employee.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order until 10:00 am on the scheduled day of delivery. Please email us on info@thewagonmart.ca. We will refund as per your initial purchase within 7 business days.
